Case study: Travertine – Deep clean of open-faced travertine
30 July 2014
This floor had suffered from years of neglect and three dogs running in and out of a muddy garden. The open faced nature of travertine means that it quickly collects dirt so needs a regular and thorough cleaning routine.
Although the floor had been mopped it was never properly scrubbed and so the dirt had become completely ingrained.
We used our specialist machinery to deep clean the surface and then applied the appropriate sealant to reduce the dirt building up again going forwards and to properly finish the floor.
Our customer could not believe the difference we had made to their floor.
